Peg O'Connell has been practicing chi kung for several years and finds Free From Chi Kung to be a beneficial exercise for any occasion. She also has been practicing Buddhist meditation for some time. Having wrestled with depression and anxiety, Peg found that these practices not only gave her dramatic relief from those states, but improved her interactions with other people. She believes that depression and anxiety are not purely mental issues, but holistic, and approaching them from a perspective of energy or spirituality, as well as nutritionally provides profound relief.

Chi Kung is a healing art that releases tension, builds awareness and opens the body to self-healing.
Free form chi kung lets your higher knowing move your body in a way that is best for you. Peg will guide you through two chi kung forms that will make you sensitive to the energy that can move your body. Once you feel the energy moving, you let go and let the energy move you body.
