What is Shamanic Reiki?

Description: If you have a pendulum, don’t leave home without it. A pendulum can answer a host of questions in your daily life and also your metaphysical and spiritual life. It’s a link to your higher consciousness and the Universe. Your pendulum can tell you some interesting things: the actual time (to the minute) when you were born, pinpoint root causes of stress and sickness in your body, where there is spirit activity, how long you should meditate, what day to have a fine-weather picnic, deciding on a life partner and much more. Once you are adept, you can find lost graves, shipwrecks, water, and read all sorts of energy fields. Bring a pendulum or dowsing rods and an open mind.

About the lecturer:

Robert Egby is a member of the American Society of Dowsers, a certified hypno-analyst, Spiritualist Minister, a teacher of Metaphysics, a Medium, and an author-publisher of six books, two of them award-winners. He lives mostly in the quiet of upstate New York with his partner Betty Lou. His current work is writing on the geo-spirals and earth energies of New Mexico.

About the Instructor…

Elena is a Reiki Master, Internationally certified Crystal healer, licensed massage therapist and aesthetician, and a student of Shamanic healing.

Born in Venezuela, Elena spent much of her childhood with the Indians of her country learning from the tribal Shamans an appreciation for all living elements and practice of healing through the use of the elements.

Elena has traveled the world collecting rare crystals for her treatments and studying under such internationally recognized experts as best-selling author, Melody.

In 2010, Patricia started the process of becoming a Healing Touch Practitioner and is presently one level away from completion. Expected completion will be in the fall of 2012.

Healing Touch is similar to therapeutic touch and Reiki. They all involve working with each person’s energy fields and Chakras to promote healing. Patricia also has a bachelors in chemistry, along with a masters in nursing education. She worked for eight years as a research chemist and has seven patents. After the birth of her two daughters, she went back to school for nursing and has been a nurse for over twenty years. In 1999, she became co-owner of Heart Smart CPR Inc. Through this company, she has been teaching first aid and CPR in the community setting for over ten years. She works in the cardiac unit at Christiana Hospital and is presently doing research on the use of peppermint for nausea in the hospital. In 2003, 2009 and 2010, Patricia was included in the Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals National Registry. She has also presented numerous papers and posters at local and nation conventions.

Since Patricia was a child, she has been interested in the metaphysics and has studied various topics extensively within the field throughout her lifetime. Energy work is a natural fit with her chemistry and nursing background. Patricia would love to share her knowledge of the chakras to prepare everyone for the millennium.

Workshop Description: The Chakras are a very important part of any energy work. Chakra is a Sanskrit word that means literally “wheels of light.” Each of us has seven major Chakra, or energy centers. During these workshops we will explore different aspects and characteristics of each of the these energy centers, and learn how to open and balance our own energy centers, promoting our own self healing and entry into a higher vibratory life. Part of each session will be hands on and will involve guided meditation work.
