Guided Meditation Workshop

with Gina McKinney

By attending the Guided Meditation Workshop, you will experience a beautiful guided meditation using visualizations and suggestions. We will begin the evening by sharing our reasons for attending, and what we would like to achieve by the end of the meditation. Attendees will then be guided through breathing exercises to ground and relax themselves, in preparation for a successful meditation. Once the instructor feels everyone is ready to continue, the guided meditation will begin. By using soft, relaxing music, Gina will guide you through a beautiful visualization. Once the meditation comes to an end, you will have the opportunity to share your experience and feelings with the group. This workshop is excellent for the beginner to advanced student.

Each week we will do a different guided visual meditation. Some examples are:

  1. Magical Color Shower Meditation
  2. Jigsaw Meditation
  3. Awakening the Spirit Meditation
  4. Releasing Fears Meditation
  5. Progressive Muscle Relaxing Meditation
  6. Autumn Forest Meditation
  7. Body Scan Meditation
  8. Floating on a Cloud Meditation
  9. Finding Your Authentic Self Meditation

each session: $10.00 for members and $15.00 for non-members
